Collection 'defectum' is inspired by the movie classic American psycho (Mary Harron, 2000). The collection is focused on the silhouette of a garment that appears perfect at first glance, but has flaws implemented in it - just like the distorted reality of social media and its staged perfection. We have decided to work with TV screens as a nod to cinematographic inspiration behind the collection, while also bringing the narcissist nature of American psycho through domination and (self)observation.The logo of the brand is distorted just as the picture on the screens, as well as the character of Patrick Bateman.
